Food Safety Policy
To increase the food safety standards we share the food safety policy with suppliers, institutions and guests in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the processes. We organize the training activities needed for the understanding, adoption and implementation of the food safety management system carried by the stuff and suppliers. We follow laws, regulations and conditions of guest staying, to protect humans’ health by fully applying hygiene rules in all food preparation processes, starting from the purchasing of raw materials to the consumption of produced food.
